SELLING YOUR WISCONSIN LOG HOMES

As a special service to our homeowners, we showcase Wisconsin Log Homes for sale throughout the country on our website. This is an exciting opportunity for log home enthusiasts who are looking to buy and sell.
The first step: e-mail us your information and scouting photos (quick, digital photos of your home). Our in-house Interior Designer will then review your photographs to see if “staging” your home is recommended. Staging is preparing your home for resale by furniture re-arrangement, reducing décor and personal items, and sometimes simple aesthetic recommendations like a fresh coat of paint or new light fixtures. A professionally staged home will typically sell faster and for more money. It is recommended that you submit additional photos from each room for a complete report.
After your home is reviewed by our Interior Designer, you'll then need to send us good quality, digital photos of your home. Our Graphic Designer will then take your home's information and photos and create a visually appealing webpage that can be viewed on our website.
In order to place your Wisconsin Log Home on our website, we need the following information from you:
| 1.) | Good quality, digital photos of your home (interior, exterior, front, back). |
| 2.) | Detailed description of the area the home is located - the environment (wooded, waterfront, etc.), school zone, notable features of the home/area, square footage, number of bedrooms/bathrooms, and anything else you want interested people to know. Please type it out and keep it under 300 words. |
| 3.) | The contact person's name and information – including phone number and/or e-mail address. |
The fee is just $200 for all of these helpful services and your home's listing on our website. Your home's webpage will remain on our site until it sells or until you no longer want it on the internet.
