January 4, 2008 Welcome to our new website! Kathy and I, along with the team at Wisconsin Log Homes, hope you like what you see and enjoy learning more about designing and building your dream home. Kathy and I started Wisconsin Log Homes when I was much, much younger, and we've thoroughly enjoyed every step of the way. From building my first home for the Gillis' over 30 years ago, I've only ever wanted the best for all our future customers. My favorite part about being in this business is getting to meet people like yourself who share our same passion for the log home lifestyle. I'm excited about talking to log home enthusiasts with this blog and getting the opportunity to discuss many topics related to the industry. Hopefully this blog will help us all get a better understanding of each other's wants and needs. I'm working on putting my first big blog together, but would like to receive an e-note on things that you'd like to talk about. You have to remember that I'm a builder and not a writer, so you'll have to bear with me along the way.
